Hold My Pin is a mobile application and web service that allows users to save places from social media content (Instagram, Threads, and other platforms) to a personal map using AI-powered extraction. The Service analyzes publicly available content from shared links to identify and geocode places mentioned in that content.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service processes links to third-party social media content. We do not claim ownership of this content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any links you submit to the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and code, is owned byHold My Pin and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

AI-Powered Extraction

The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract place information from social media content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that extractions will be 100% correct. You should verify extracted place information before relying on it for travel or navigation purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hold My Pin and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Termination
